High Temperature Resistance Magnets
Not all magnets are suitable for use in really high-temperatures, while some grades excel.
Many applications, particularly within the manufacturing and engineering industries require magnets to be able to maintain their performance at incredibly high temperatures. Here you will find a selection of ceramic, alnico, samarium cobalt and special high-temperature neodymium grade magnets that all have high maximum operating temperatures.
- ‘SH’ grade neodymium magnets operate up to 302 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ceramic magnets operate up to 356 degrees Fahrenheit
- Samarium cobalt magnets operate up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit
