  • 152.4mm x 101.4mm x 25.4mm rectangle.
  • 6 in. x 4 in. x 1 in. rectangle.
  • Each magnet's opposite poles are on the two largest opposing faces.
  • Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 20kg (44.1lbs) vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface.
  • Resistant to demagnetisation and corrosion without any extra coating.

Also known as ceramic magnets, ferrite magnets have a high resistance to corrosion and demagnetisation and their great advantage is that they can operate in temperatures of up to 180 degrees Celsius. These strong ferrite magnets are commonly used in applications that require high operating temperatures and where space is not limited, such as conveyor systems and removing contamination in the manufacturing process. These magnets can be stacked to create an incredible depth of field, however, if space is limited, a Neodymium magnet less than a quarter of the size could provide the same vertical pull.
