- 32mm diameter x 8mm thick with a 5mm diameter countersunk hole for fixing.
- 1.27 in. diameter x 0.31 in. thick with a 0.2 in. diameter countersunk hole for fixing.
- Rubber coating and stainless steel shell protects against corrosion. Ideal for harsh environments.
- Each magnet can support a weight of up to 34.7kg (76.51lbs) vertically from the magnetic face and 8kg (17.64lbs) in a shear position when in flush contact with a 10mm thick mild steel surface.
Ideal for use outside and in marine environments, these pot magnets outperform regular magnets when being used in a shear position because of the extra friction created by the rubber coating on the magnetic face. This coating and the ferritic stainless steel shell also protects the magnet from corrosion while increasing the magnets clamping force.
This product is often utilised in applications where you require an instant fixing. It can be attached and removed without the need for additional equipment, greatly decreasing downtime and labour. One example where our Neodymium pot magnet is handy is in steel containers, where magnets can be used to hold light fixtures, display signage and create storage space. Visit our brochure here.
