- 116mm dia x 32mm thick circular shape
- N42 Grade Neodymium magnet encased in a durable steel shell
- 2x removable, heavy duty Eyebolt fixings. 1x M12 Eyebolt can be screwed into either 116mm dia face, and 1x M10 Eyebolt can be screwing into the side of the pot magnet.
- Each magnet can support 882lbs vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness.
- 32.8ft polyester rope with a 926.1lbs breaking strength, ideal for magnet fishing and recovery and retrieval.
The 116mm dia by 32mm thick N42 Neodymium Pot Magnet with 1x M12 and 1x M10 Eyebolts is incredibly strong for its size, due to its NdFeB properties. The magnet's maximum pull performance (881.85lbs) can be achieved when the magnet is applied in a vertical position against a mild steel surface of equal thickness.
An added advantage of the pot magnet is that it is recessed in the steel shell, which reduces potential impacts and therefore chipping.
For added versatility, this magnet accommodates not just 1, but 2 threaded eyebolts. They can be applied and removed as required on both 116mm dia faces, with 1 threaded hole in the side of the magnet too. The eyebolt's shape allows for ropes and cables to be attached to the magnet with ease, making it a strong and efficient performer in lifting, holding and retrieval applications.
The magnet is accompanied by a 32.8 Feet long polyester rope in red which can hold a weight of 926.1lbs. The rope and magnet combination is used in recovery and retrieval, particularly magnet fishing. We recommend the rope is tied to the magnet with a Tautline Hitch knot so that when the magnet attracts to a ferrous material, the rope doesn't come loose when retracted.
These magnets come with a safe-handling warning; because they are so powerful they can be dangerous if not handled carefully.
