Secure and safe magnetic jewellery clasp for necklaces and bracelets. Each Neodymium magnet has a counter-bored face for attaching and within the pair each has an opposite pole on the counter-bored face so that they attract. Available in gold, silver and nickel.

- Each magnet is 5mm in diameter x 5mm thick.
- Each magnet is 0.2 in. in diameter x 0.2 in. thick.
- Each magnet has a 1.3mm (0.05 in.) diameter central hole and a 2.2mm (0.09 in.) diameter x 2.5mm (0.09 in.) deep counter-bore on one side.
- +/-0.1mm (0.0004 in.) tolerance.
- Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 0.66kg (1.46lbs) vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness.
- Gold plated.
These jewellery clasps are an excellent option for repairing broken clasps or making jewellery from scratch. Simply thread and knot the jewellery through the central hole with the two counter-bored sides facing each other. One magnet in the pair will have the north pole on the counter-bored side and one magnet will have the south pole on the counter-bored side making an attracting pair. Once attached these magnets will provide a safe and secure clasping mechanism. Each magnet is gold plated to provide a stunning finish.
