Painting, printing, sketching, these are all amazing skill to have. However, the finished result can take a very long time. So once you have completed your pieces you are going to want to hang them up, aren’t you? Your work is your pride, so why would you want to use pins and hooks that could damage your work in the long run. Well, we recently heard from one of our customers who created the perfect solution to end all damaged artwork!
The customer who sent this is is an artist who recently created some fantastic abstract pieces and was looking for a solution to display their work whether in progress, or completed pieces. To do this, they purchased 1 SteelFlex® 20mm (0.79″) Wide Steel Tape & 2 x Medium Planning & Notice Board Magnets
Please note that our SteelFlex® tapes are not magnets, but are self-adhesive strips of flexible steel which magnets will attract to. However, these were the perfect solution to our customer as they were able to stick the tape around their studio and then used the board magnets to pin the artwork up.To ensure the SteelFlex® tape is secure, we advised allowing the adhesive to cure for 24-32 hours. As you can see the application works very well and would be highly recommended to any artist, craft or art gallery to utilize. Now our customer has successfully completed her application, they can now hand their work to dry and stored securely.
